We had two nights in a row this week where I implemented the crockpot for our evening meal. Friday’s are one of those days that could go either way. The kids have dance classes right through the dinner hour, so one of two things needs to happen. Like everyone else in our area, we also returned to school this week- hitting the books from the comfort of our own home. I forgot how much work it is for me! I walked through the garden and harvested a small handful of tomatillos, and a small handful of Amish Paste tomatoes.
