Menu Planning Monday

Can you believe it’s November already!?  My thoughts are turning to The Great Feast, and in the next few days, I’ll likely start working on my menu plan for the day.  I love Thanksgiving, and that’s what November is all about in my book.

There’s not much going on this week for us, so I’m going to be happy to do a bit of cooking.  Nothing difficult, but I do have some baking up my sleeve for this week.  I have cranberries to turn into Cranberry-Walnut bread, and some Rustic Hearth Bread cravings that need to be dealt with.  It will be a nice week, as we re-visit some old favorites, and try a few new ones as well.

Sunday: Pizza Night

Monday: Mini Cheddar Meatloaves, Applesauce, Stuffing

Tuesday: Minestrone, Oatmeal Dinner Rolls

Wednesday: Calzones, Salad, Applesauce

Thursday: Oven-Fried Chicken, Roasted Broccoli

Friday: Visiting with friends

Saturday: Mexican Lasagna, Salads

For a ton of other inspirational weekly meal plans, be sure you head over to Menu Plan Monday at Organizing Junkie’s site.  She saves me each and every week by holding this event- makes me feel like I’m forced to menu plan, and that’s a fantastic thing!  You can participate too if you like- even if you don’t blog.  And if you don’t blog- you really should! Even if you only menu plan once a week, imagine looking back at two months worth of menu plans at a glance- that could be very helpful!
