About Me
My name is Erika, and I am a thirty-something stay-at-home-mom. I have a wonderful husband, Andy to whom I've been married for over 8 years now. Our children, Abigail, 7, and Zander, 4, are a blessing to us each and every day of our lives.
In addition to cooking and eating, as a family we also enjoy traveling, camping, and fishing on occasion. Personally, I am also becoming passionate about gardening, and one day I hope to completely co-mingle my love of gardening with my love of cooking.
Why I Love To Cook
I think I've always had an interest in cooking. I grew up with a mom who also enjoyed cooking and feeding her family, and I have absolutely no memory of a meal gone wrong while living in her household. More recently, I discovered how much I truly enjoyed cooking when I decided to stay at home with my children. It is my goal to be able to share my cooking knowledge with others, as simple at-home cooking seems to become more and more obsolete. "
