A quick post this morning before I head out to finish my Thanksgiving grocery shopping. I’ll apologize now for the potential sporadic posts this week… but I will try and continue with my posting this week. This morning I wanted to share another salad that I have determined must be a part of my Thanksgiving feast. Beet Salad with Lemon and Olives looks stunning! It’s simple, and sounds delicious, and a great counterpoint to the richness of the rest of the feast. That salad is a part of A Veggie Venture’s Collection of Thanksgiving Vegetables.
