I’ve been a busy little beaver in the kitchen today. I revisited my bagel recipe from a few weeks ago, adding some sesame seeds this time, and am still pleased with the end results. I do think I skimped a little on the kneading time, as they are slightly on the tough side of chewy, but the are still delicious, and will be excellent toasted for breakfast with some strawberry-lemon preserves.
I started work on a rather daunting Christmas project today, but I’ll share more of that tomorrow. In the meantime, I have a new article up on Kids Cuisine today.
