1/2  cup  chicken broth
1/4  cup  chunky peanut butter
1/4  cup  low-sodium soy sauce
3  tablespoons  brown sugar
2  tablespoons  rice vinegar
2  teaspoons  grated peeled fresh ginger
2  teaspoons  chile paste with garlic
4  garlic cloves, minced
Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until smooth, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
